The property and lien data shown in the product is derived from public records and third-party sources, not from you.

To provide the service, maintain your account and saved work, communicate about the service, and improve the product. We do not sell your personal account information.
4. Analytics
The marketing site may use a basic, privacy-respecting page-view measure to understand traffic. Anything beyond that will be disclosed here before it is added.
5. Data sharing
We share information with service providers who help us run the platform, and where required by law. Public-records data shown in the product is, by its nature, public.
6. Your choices
You can access and delete the account data and saved work you create. Contact us to make a request.
